My (40kg+) dog needs regular bathing, using a special prescription shampoo, which has to be left on for at least 10mins before washing off. No easy feat for a disabled owner.
A friend recommended your dog bathing station (in chirk), but I’ve just read that your machines (a) use their own shampoo, and (b) it costs £10 for 10mins.
From this, it appears I’d have to avoid the system’s shampoo cycle somehow, and pay £20 total, £10 of which would be spent waiting, with no water running, for his special vet shampoo to soak in, before rinsing.
Before I write the idea off completely, & go back to battling in a shower cubicle, I just wanted to check that my understanding of the machine’s functions is accurate.
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
Kind regards,
Lisa.

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for commenting, and sorry for the delay in getting back in touch with yourself.
You are correct, our machines do use their own shampoo but it is entirely up to the user if they do use that shampoo, we have some customers that bring their own and use the machines merely because it saves them ruining their bathroom at home.
The cost is also correct we do charge £10 for 10 mins and that is inclusive of all the shampoo & conditioner. I see no issue with the store being able to help you out with this as you say you need to put the shampoo on your dog first and then leave it for a little while. I can’t personally speak for the store themselves but I shall attach the store phone number and please feel free to get in touch with them and they can advise on how they can help.

Hope that helps.
