How to Become a Member of Our Team

1. Identify a position that interests you. From there, complete our application form giving as many details as possible. The more information you give us, the easier it will be to identify if you are the right candidate for us. Once the closing date for applications has passed, no more applications will be considered, so make sure your application is received in plenty of time.
2. Applications are then sifted to select a shortlist for interview. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we receive it isn’t possible to let everyone who was unsuccessful for interview know, so please don’t take it personally.
3. At the interview stage you will be seen by a member of the HR team to assess your suitability for employment. Take this opportunity to sell yourself and highlight all the things about you that we can’t do without.
4. From there, a small number of excellent candidates will be selected for a second interview. All those unsuccessful after the first interview will be notified, we won’t leave you wondering what happened. The second interview will be conducted by the relevant Department or Store Manager who will then select the successful candidate.
5. If you are unsuccessful, again we will notify you. If you are successful you will then join our team and begin your journey.
