We hope you enjoy your stay! The Livefood care kit provides a small temporary home for livefood that will, eventually, be fed to your pet Reptile. It's a suitable staying place for crickets, locusts, mealworms and cockroaches. Within this handy little kit, there is a sufficient amount of Bug Grub and Bug Gel available in sachets, perfect for feeding the bugs and keeping them hydrated. The more water a bug consumes, the better, as they become more nutritious for the reptile. This polyacrylamide gel contains pure, clean water, providing the insects with a drink but without the risk of drowning. A small plastic dish has been provided within the kit to hold to Bug Gel, providing the bugs with a platform to stand on whilst they drink. Bug Grub is a complete and nibbly dry food, providing bugs with essential healthy nutrients, making them as nutritious as possible for your ravenous Reptile. A small bag of Calci Dust has also been provided, made from 100% pure and neutral Calcium Carbonate. Calcium is an essential element in a reptile's diet, strengthening and promoting healthy bones. Many reptile feeds are low in Calcium, which is why it is important that they are able to consume Calcium in other ways. This micro-fine powder is easily digestible and adhesive, perfect for applying to insects or plants before feeding your reptile.
