Brambles Crunchy Hedgehog Food consists of small kibbles with poultry as the main ingredient. It is a complementary food specially formulated to give the right balance of nutrients, vitamins & minerals for wild hedgehogs and, due to its crunchy texture, is also great for dental health. Available in 900g and 2Kg sizes. FEEDING GUIDELINES Each evening offer about a handful of food per hedgehog in a shallow dish. Always ensure there is a supply of fresh water, particularly when feeding dry food and during warm weather. If you want to keep cats and dogs from eating Brambles Crunchy Hedgehog Food you can build a small feeding station by using a plastic box with a section cut out at the base of one end. A hole of about 13cm diameter should do the trick, and weigh down the box with something heavy for added security. It may take a little while for the hedgehogs to get used to a different food but do persevere as this is normal with all animals. Also suitable for badgers and foxes.

A great alternative to mealworms as they are typically higher in calcium and packed full of protein. Ideal to feed on bird tables and ground feeders. Storage Keep out of reach of children and pets. Not for human consumption. Store in a cool, dry place. Preparation & Usage To be fed regularly all year round along with a variety of foods. Birds will come to depend on the food you put out, so try and feed regularly all year round. Consider a variety of foods and feeding methods as birds have differing feeding needs. Hanging feeders and bird tables are ideal options, but always try to hang in a safe place away from predators. Only put out as much food as will be consumed in one or two days and replace any wet, old ormouldy feed promptly. Have fresh drinking water available at all times. Ensure feeding stations are cleaned regularly ideally using an appropriate disinfectant. It is recommended to use several feeding areas and relocate them regularly.
