The purpose of a Line to Line Connector is to ensure conductivity between two horizontally parallel taped fence lines. This connector is suitable for tape up to 40mm. The Connector is made from strong aluminium which has good corrosion resistance which is an important quality due to the fact that electric fencing has to deal with all types of weather. The cable that is attached to the two Connectors is 60cm in length to allow for a bit of ‘give’ between the horizontal parallel tape. The slots in the Connectors are wide enough to allow for free movement of the tape so that it doesn’t get squashed.

The Joiner does what it says on the packet - joins together two lengths of polywire to make one continuous rope. This joiner is made of stainless steel and is used to clamp together polywire up to 3mm in diameter. Sometimes, when erecting a fence, one roll of polywire isn’t enough, and that’s when the joiner comes into its own. A line of polywire is attached to each end of the Polywire Joiner. Both ends of the polywire are then clamped down by tightening the screws using a spanner (not supplied) to offer one continuous line of polywire to make the perfect electrical contact with the ultimate conductivity. It is essential that the electric fence polywire has no kinks or knots as knots and kinks can easily cause the polywire to break, cutting off the flow of electricity reducing the effectiveness of the protection for your animals.
