A field fenced off with electric fencing, more often than not, needs a gate for easy access to the pasture. Part of this easy access necessitates a gate handle. The Super Gate Handle is an extra large heavy handle for maximum insulation. The handle has an internal compression spring to protect against over-extension and to ensure longer life. The handle has deep ridges to offer a superb grip. The insulated gate handle has a connection hook on one end for connecting to a gatelock insulator and at the other end of the handle is an attachment for securing rope or wire. An insulator is needed for the continued and safe flow of the electric current from the electric fence at one end of the gate, through the handle, to the other side of the handle to which is attached the electrified rope or wire of the gate.
