If you have rats on your premises and you need to get rid of them humanely, then the Racan Force Paste Rat Station with paste bait will do the job. The rat bait contains the active ingredient, Brodifacoum*, which is the U.K’s strongest active ingredient for rat control and is highly palatable. Rat infestations should be controlled within 4-10 days. The Rat Station is made of a strong and durable plastic and is opened and locked with a plastic key to secure the rat poison inside. The bait station should be placed in an area where the rats frequent, away from animals and children. The bait station with the bait paste should also be placed away from food, drink and animal foodstuffs and in a place not liable to flood. Field of Use: Indoor use for mice and rats. Outdoor around buildings for rats only. The Racan Rat Bait Paste with this Rat Station (6 refills) will get rid of the rats efficiently, quickly and humanely. Application rates and frequency: For rats: 60g of bait per bait station. If more than one bait station is needed, the minimum distance between the bait stations should be 5 - 10m apart. For mice: 10g of bait per bait station. If more than one bait station is needed, the minimum distance between the bait stations should be 3 - 5m apart. *Brodifacoum is an anticoagulant and is one of the strongest available. An anticoagulant stops blood from clotting and results in death from internal bleeding. Instructions for Use: 1. Locate the key on the underside of Rat Station. 2. Unlock the Rat Station to gain access to the wall bracket, baiting rod and baiting tray. 3. Secure the Rat Station to a wall and where there are signs of rat activity, but away from pets and children. 4. Put on a pair of gloves and skewer all of the paste sachets onto the baiting rod and clip back securely into the Rat Station. Do Not open the sachets containing the bait. 5. Re-fasten the lid. The Rat Station should be checked at least every 2-3 days to check whether the bait has been accepted. Check the baited sites regularly for dead rodents so that they can be disposed of effectively and correctly. Dispose of dead rodents and uneaten bait and packaging in accordance with local requirements. They should be double bagged in plastic bags. Always wear disposable gloves (included) when handling rodent poison and dead rodents, and wash hands thoroughly as an extra precaution.
