Megazorb is a highly absorbent bedding designed for horse bedding but it is also ideal for small pets.
It is manufactured from virgin wood pulp, a by-product of the paper making industry.
Biodegradable and super absorbent, megazorb bedding will drastically reduce the time and cost of mucking out and the size of the muck heap. Plus it is easy on the environment too.
The wood pulp is high temperature dried to kill any mould or spores then dust extracted twice, making it the ideal choice for horses with respiratory problems.

Megazorb for Small Pets - Megazorb is also recommended for Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Rats, Ferrets and even Reptiles. It is a cost effective highly absorbent bedding material. It is safe and clean and very effective in keeping your pet home fresh and hygienic.
The pellets are made from 100% softwood, these superior pellets are highly absorbent which means that wet patches are confined to a small area, reducing the amount of waste that is taken out. This not only reduces the size of the muck heap but being fully biodegradable, the waste also breaks down quickly.
Starting a new bed is really simple and we recommend using 6 bags to start, depending on the preferred thickness of the bed. Simply add water to each bag of pellets, allow approximately 10 minutes to activate and then empty onto the stable floor. Rake through and lay the bed. Additional bags can be added to make banks. One bag per week is usually all that is required for top up.
