This transformation will enable us to better serve our customers and provide a more unified shopping experience across all our locations. But rest assured, we’re still the same friendly team you know and love, and all your favourite products will still be available at affordable prices.
At Petplace, we’re always looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience. That’s why we’re excited to announce our upcoming pet shop open day, where you’ll get a chance to see our brand-new look and expanded product range. We’re committed to providing you and your pet with the best possible shopping experience, and we believe that our new store design and products will make your visit even better. Whether you’re in need of pet, equine, or small holding supplies, advice, or just a friendly chat, our team is always here to help. We can’t wait to welcome you to our open day and show you all the exciting changes we’ve made!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 13th, because we have an exciting event planned for you! Join us from 9am to 6pm for a fun-filled day!
Where is it?
PetPlace Llangefni is conveniently situated on Industrial Estate Road, directly across from the Ford garage. With plenty of parking spaces available, you won’t have to worry about finding a spot to park your vehicle.
What to expect?
With our open day is just around the corner, we’re pleased to share what’s in store for all our furry friends and their human companions! Here are just a few things you can look forward to:
- Raffle for Hope House: We’re thrilled to be supporting the local Hope House charity with a raffle featuring some fantastic prizes.
- Giveaways: We’re partnering with some of the top pet food and supply brands to offer some fantastic giveaways and prizes. From gift cards to goodie bags, there’s something for everyone.
- Mobile clinics and free micro-chipping: The RSPCA will also be present at our open day with their mobile clinic offering micro-chipping services for both dogs and cats.
- Suppliers and brand reps: Meet the faces behind your favourite pet brands and discover new products from our range of suppliers and brand reps.
- Discounts: We’ll be offering exclusive discounts on select products and services throughout the day, so you can save on all your pet essentials.
- Delicious free ice creams for both humans and pooches: Yes, you read that right! We’ll have free ice creams available from 11am-3pm, including a special treat for our furry friends.
- The chance to meet the UK’s leading animal behaviourist Dr Roger Mugford: Have questions about your pet’s behaviour? Make sure to book an appointment, as our experienced animal behaviourist will be on hand to offer advice and guidance on all your pet-related queries.

Charities
Hope House
We’re delighted to announce that the Hope House charity will be joining us at our open day! Their stand will be open from 10am-2pm, giving visitors plenty of time to learn more about their important work. As part of their fundraising efforts, they’ll be hosting a raffle with some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including hampers! Be sure to buy your tickets to be in with a chance of winning! Additionally, they’ll be selling cakes as part of their “Eat Cake” campaign to raise money for the charity. We’re proud to partner with Hope House and support their efforts to improve the lives of children and families in our local community.
RSPCA
The RSPCA will be joining us, and we’re thrilled to have them on board. From 10am-12pm, they’ll be running a stand offering a free mobile clinic for pets in attendance. This is a fantastic opportunity for pet owners to get their furry friends checked over by trained professionals and ensure they’re in good health.
As pet owners, we all know how important it is to keep our furry friends safe and secure. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that the RSPCA will be offering free micro-chipping for dogs and cats on our open day. Micro-chipping is a quick and easy way to ensure that your pet can be identified if they ever get lost or stolen. The process is completely painless and can be done in just a few minutes. This is a fantastic opportunity to take advantage of this important service, and it’s all completely free!
