The corn is high in fat which will give the birds lots of energy through the winter months and keep their body temperature at a constant level. The birds will enjoy foraging for the corn on the ground, keeping them busy and active, easing boredom and stress levels. Mixed corn should not be used in place of a balanced pellet. It is advisable to offer grit alongside complete feeds to help your birds to grind down their food and aid digestion.
