Tripe also contains Magnesium and Potassium which are essential for a healthy brain, nerve function and muscular tissues. It is naturally low in Phosphorus (0.13%) making it ideal for dogs with liver and kidney problems. Heart provides a good source for Zinc, which is needed for the senses of smell and taste.
