Description
The pellets are made from 100% softwood, these superior pellets are highly absorbent which means that wet patches are confined to a small area, reducing the amount of waste that is taken out. This not only reduces the size of the muck heap but being fully biodegradable, the waste also breaks down quickly.
Starting a new bed is really simple and we recommend using 6 bags to start, depending on the preferred thickness of the bed. Simply add water to each bag of pellets, allow approximately 10 minutes to activate and then empty onto the stable floor. Rake through and lay the bed. Additional bags can be added to make banks. One bag per week is usually all that is required for top up.
