Our meadow hay is soft and comfortable making a cosy home for your pet. Snowflake meadow hay is dust extracted and chopped into short strands to ensure your pet's safety. A fresh supply of hay should always be made available for your pet to nibble on as a tasty treat as it provides fibre which is essential for a healthy digestive system.
Nibbling the strands can also keep your pet's teeth short and in good condition.

Preparation and Usage
Directions for use
The floor of your pet's home should be covered with 3-6cm of hay to make a comfortable, soft and absorbent carpet. Include a generous supply of hay in one corner or in the sleeping compartment so your pet can snuggle up into a cosy nest.
Your pet's bedding should be changed at least weekly and soiled bedding should be replaced on a daily basis. Clean your pet's home once a week with warm water and a pet safe cleaning product.
For best results, use in conjunction with another bedding material such as Woodshavings. When using as a feed material, hay should ideally be supplied in a rack to prevent soiling.
Give only one day's supply and replace any which remains uneaten on a daily basis. Clean feeding bowls and water bottles daily.
