Flat packed for delivery and storage. Simple construction with easy to follow picture guide on label for first assembly. Pieces included when flat packed are: Base section, Top section - with built in carry handle and moulded ventilation slots, Door - ergonomically curved design, Locks x 2 - to secure base and top once slotted into position, Multiway door connectors/hinges x 4 - allows both left and right hand opening as well as complete removal of door. Secures door into position when in the closed position, preventing accidental opening or escapes. Strap loops x 2 - to enable a carry strap to be added (not included) - We would not recommend using a strap on this carrier when your pet is inside. To secure the carrier inside your car, the seat belt can be passed through the handle moulded into the top and buckled into place. Size of the standard carrier is 48 x 31.5 x 33cm (when assembled), The doorway is approx 20cm Wide and 23 cm High. The base is approximately 15 cm deep allowing adequate space to insert a Blanket or Liner Cushion to allow your pet to travel in comfort. Dimensions when flat packed for storage are 48 x 31.5 x 15.5cm approx. This pet carrier is made from a strong moulded plastic, well ventilated and light inside.
The base has moulded feet areas to provide a strong, sturdy base when full or empty - there are no holes in the base of the carrier itself for young animals a hygiene pad (puppy/kitten training pads) may be a useful addition to mop up any accidents .
The carrier will hold upto 10 kgs without deforming or opening. We recommend the maximum load for this carrier is kept under this weight to ensure the joints and fixings are not put under pressure.
