Electric fencing has many components. To function effectively an electric fencing set up may need an Offset Ring Insulator. The purpose of an Offset Ring Insulator is to attach the fencing rope, wire, or tape to a post to secure it in place at certain intervals so that it doesn’t hang down. The Insulator is attached to a cranked arm to allow higher positioning of the rope, tape or wire.
