Every two bags of selected items of 15kg Dr Green Dog Food or 13kg Dr Green Wild Bird Food gives you 30kg of Free Delivery.

For example: If you were to purchase two bags of 13kg Dr Green Wild Bird Food, totalling to 26kg. That would then give you an extra 4kg left on your Free Delivery. Or if you bought two 15kg bags of Dr Green Dog Food, that would take up your 30kg allowance. Back to Top

How Does Click & Collect Work?

Simply order and reserve your items online and select which store you want to collect from. When your order is ready, the store will contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection. Back to Top

How Does Home Delivery Work?

Simply order your items online and our warehouse team will pick and dispatch your products quickly and securely with DPD. DPD will then notify you to let you know when they will be delivering your parcel. Back to Top

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

Delivery is normally made within 2 working days.

We aim to get your order out to you as quick as possible. Most orders are actually dispatched on the same day and delivered the next day. If your order does not reach you after two days of ordering you can contact us on 01492 542662.

After your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email which will include the tracking details of your parcel. If you would like a 1 hour delivery window on the day of delivery please make sure you add your mobile number to the order. Back to Top

How Much Will Delivery Cost?

The delivery cost is based on parcel weight, and the breakdown is:

  • Up to 1kg - £1.99
  • Up to 28kg - £3.99
  • Every additional 28kg - £3.99

Deliveries to the following postcodes will be charged at £12.99 for upto 28kg and £12.99 for every additional 28kg:

Scottish Highlands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-52, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Ireland and Northern Ireland.

We offer free delivery on a huge amount of products to ensure you get the best value for money.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to some areas of the UK, they include:

  • Guernsey, GY1 – GY9
  • Jersey, JE1 – JE4
  • Isles of Scilly, TR21 – TR25

Who Will Deliver My Parcel?

The main courier we have chosen to team up with is DPD, they are the UK's most trusted courier and provide the best level of service on the market.

If you order is under 1kg then we may send your parcel via Royal Mail. If your order requires a pallet delivery then we may use Palletways or Grandprix. We will always ensure that we use the most suitable courier to make sure your delivery reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns And Refunds:

If you wish to cancel an order contact our Sales team by email or by phone, Please ensure you have you order number to hand and include the order number and the date the order was placed in all correspondence. An order can be cancelled once placed, if the order has not been dispatched with our couriers.

If your item has already been dispatched or processed with our couriers please be aware that we will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Can I Return An Item To A Store?

Yes, simply take the delivery note and invoice you received with your delivery and the product you wish to return to a store and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.

Exception: if the product you wish to return was despatched directly from a third party supplier (highlighted on the delivery note) or is a personalised product it cannot be returned to Farm and Pet Place stores. Please follow the return instructions on your delivery note or contact our sales team if in doubt. Back to Top

How Can I Return My Order?

If you would like to arrange a collection from our courier please contact our sales team.

Exception: We regret that personalised products that are especially made or ordered with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised aspect cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

Please note we will refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge and collection will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods when all the items are returned.

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow the procedures below:

Return the product in its original packaging; Pack the product to avoid damage during returns transit; Include your despatch note or your name, address, and phone number, order number and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Back to Top

Refund Policy:

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product, providing (in the case of any non-defective products) it is in a fully resalable condition within 28 days of purchase. Returned items should be in original, undamaged packaging. “Please see below for exceptions to this policy”

If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damages, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
